About Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy addresses underlying issues and causes, often from your past, which may be concerning you, or affecting your relationships with others.

Through a process of being with and talking to someone trained to listen it becomes possible to get to know oneself better and to make sense of, and try to change, things that are troubling you.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy has a strong and expanding evidence base. There are many studies showing that short and long term psychotherapy are very effective, both generally and for specific conditions. Therapy has been proven to contribute significantly to a person’s mental and physical health, to their sense of well-being and to their ability to live a more fulfilling life.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a comprehensive psychotherapy that helps you process and recover from past experiences that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing.
It involves using side to side eye movements combined with talk therapy in a specific and structured format.
